Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

All cosmetics are final sale and no refunds, exchanges or returns will be issued due to the custom, made to order nature of our products as well as our adherence to rigorous hygiene standards.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken or misdelivered packages. Please opt for USPS Priority mail shipping (automatically insured) if you are worried your package may be misdelivered, lost, stolen or broken by the mail carrier. We will replace broken items so long as you opted for USPS Priority mail shipping and as long as a photo of the broken item(s) is emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery. Purchases made with first class/uninsured mail will not be replaced. Slight fallout/dust from a powder product does not qualify as broken/damaged.
Event/workshop tickets are non-refundable. No shows and cancellations will not qualify for refund/exchange/rain check.

All handmade artwork is final sale.

We make every effort to portray our vegan and cruelty free cosmetics accurately and thoroughly. Please review our product descriptions, photos taken both with and without flash, as well as our ingredients list included in every product description prior to buying. Please bear in mind that cosmetics depicted on models may look differently based on each individual's complexion and skin tone.

Hours Of Operation

The Collective Cosmetics LLC strives to get your order(s) to you as soon as possible. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 10am EST through 7pm EST. The Collective Cosmetics LLC., USA observes all federal holidays and weekends and will be closed on those days. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped within 2-7 business days from the date of order. Any inquiries, emails or messages sent through social media after business hours will be responded to the next day or during regular business hours. Refusal Of Sale

The Collective Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse sale of our cosmetics solely at our discretion for any reason we see fit. Refusal of sale will result in an immediate refund as well as the refusal of future purchases and the suspension of subscription(s) when applicable.
